Val Giamo

Val Giamo is a multidisciplinary artist, composer, and pianist based in Gothenburg. Her work moves fluidly between sound, image, and material, exploring the quiet tension between the visible and the invisible. Her music has been released by Deutsche Grammophon / Universal Music Group, van Drumpt, and Leiter, and her visual works are held in private collections across Sweden, Germany, Bulgaria, and Greece.

As a photographer, Giamo is represented by JS Gallery. She has also signed with a booking agency and will embark on a piano tour in Portugal in March 2026.

Currently studying documentary photography in New York, she continues to expand her multidisciplinary language. Her exhibitions have been presented in Italy, Australia, and Greece.
